I would like to start off by saying never go black. I had dyed my hair before I got my highlights there and they told me that it should not be a problem doing the highlights. Five hours later the lady still did not want to put bleach on the hair and the color would not lift. She told me to come back in one week to bleach it at no charge. I paid $95.00 plus $20.00 tip the first time around. I went back a week later with another lady and she bleached it and once again 5 more hours. The color took except on the top. I had to pay another $95.00 plus conditioning, etc.. and I still gave a $20.00 tip just cause I am too nice. She let me go while the hair was wet because they were about to close the store. So, I get home and the color is uneven, Patches of black with highlights of blonde in areas except the top. I cried and realized that I have to stay this way for a while unless I want to become bald. So I did not complain. I should have but I did not want anymore harsh chemicals. I spent over $200.00 in that place and I will never go back. Well, I went to Sally's 4 weeks later to try to fix the problem myself and the guy there said that they did a horrible job and I should call them. I did and the manager said that since it had been 5 weeks they can't do anything and told me that I should not have waited so long. They could look at it but more then likely they will not refund at least part of money. I just wish that they would of been honest with me in the beginning and told me that I should not highlight because it will not lift since I had black in my hair. But since they were only thinking of the money....they did not care. I do not recommend this place at all. BTW I went to Walgreen's and bought a golden brown box of hair dye and the problem is now fixed. I did a better job then they did.
Pros: The Hairstylist are nice.
Cons: There work is not that great.
