Thankful for Hendricks Property's help in many years of excellent property management and sale of our three rental properties. We could not have found a better manager for our needs. Hendricks Property assessed and recommended the improvements needing to be made for the house to be presentable and ""move in ready"". Then an option of contractors, estimates, and coordination that the work was satisfactory, was provided for each new tenant. Oversight of maintenance and landscaping, coordination of issues with tenants, was always provided in a timely and professional manner. Monthly statements were always complete, easy to understand and correct.\r When we decided to sell the property, comparable listings and sales were provided and we agreed on an offering price. They listed the properties, only when it was ""move in ready"" condition, keeping me informed with updated comparables and traffic viewing the home.\r After acceptance of an offer, Hendricks Property monitored the escrow process, anticipated potential pitfalls, coordinated fixing items identified in the buyer's inspection, and pushed through the final items to timely close escrow for each property.\r Hendricks Property has an excellent long term, professional, friendly and helpful staff.
