I have been extremely satisfied with Hendricks Property Management over the past few years, On time statements, years end 1099 form and maintaining the property are all great.

Worst

This organization is very unprofessional in their approach. The associates affiliated with this group are not courteous and informative. Would not recommend service.

Hendricks Property Management has offered a great experience so far. I have nothing to compare it to, this being my first time working with one. Payments and annual statements are working well for me. They are a little difficult to reach but I imagine that is normal. more
