I have been extremely satisfied with Hendricks Property Management over the past few years, On time statements, years end 1099 form and maintaining the property are all great.

This organization is very unprofessional in their approach. The associates affiliated with this group are not courteous and informative. Would not recommend service.

Weve been very pleased with the service here. They always seem to find me a renter before the unit is vacant most of the time. They have done a great job and we like them. more

I have not been with Hendricks Property Management for very long - however I am very pleased with my property manager Cathi and so I thought I would post a review. She is very professional, warm and has answered my questions promptly. She was able to get me a tenant in less than two months. more

Responsive and willing to deal with an owner that can be demanding at times. Cindy has been exceptional in dealing with a difficult tenant. Most importantly she has been decisive and responsive at all times, to which I appreciate. I have placed my trust in her ability to manage my property, in managing me as an owner and most importantly, managing the tenant. more

Love Christine with Hendricks!! She's very helpful and if anything needs addressing she is on top of it. have had a horrible year and they have all been very understanding and considerate. Plan on staying here for a long time!! Pros: Quiet neighborhood and wonderful management more
