I have been extremely satisfied with Hendricks Property Management over the past few years, On time statements, years end 1099 form and maintaining the property are all great.

Worst

This organization is very unprofessional in their approach. The associates affiliated with this group are not courteous and informative. Would not recommend service.

I would like to give this agency 0 stars. Karen Weeks is by far the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. It takes so long to hear back from her by email and she will never return a phone call. I have had my important income verification information emailed to the wrong employer and many other issues with no apologies. I advise... DO NOT WORK WITH KAREN WEEKS!\r more

Very responsive manager. Dru has always kept us in the loop about important decisions. I appreciate the notice when maintenance is being performed at the property and I can see the statement before the work is actually done. Hendricks is on the ball. more

I was interested in a property managed by Hendricks and I called them to set up a showing. The agent was early and did a great job. I was really impressed with her knowledge of the surrounding area and of the property itself. I haven’t signed a contract yet but I hope to be able to move into the property I saw pending my application. more

It has been a pleasure to be a tenant of Hendricks from day one. The whole team has been very easy to deal with, and super responsive with issues. From the office staff to the maintenance guys, you'll find nothing but helpful people you can rely on. Even their website is great, and makes paying rent online a breeze. As someone who has rented for almost 10 years, across various cities and states, from private owners, other management companies, and huge corporate high-rises, I can easily say Hendricks Property Services is one of the best. more

I am particularly happy with this property management company. They are respectful, give good advice, handle problems promptly and know what they are doing. When I came down to San Antonio and contacted them at the last minute they managed to find the time to meet with me and show me the houses even though it was the beginning of a holiday weekend. Thanks for going above and beyond. more
