I have been extremely satisfied with Hendricks Property Management over the past few years, On time statements, years end 1099 form and maintaining the property are all great.

Worst

This organization is very unprofessional in their approach. The associates affiliated with this group are not courteous and informative. Would not recommend service.

Hendricks Property Management has been a lifesaver. I had to move to another area and could not sell the house due to the market. I have enjoyed having them a great deal. They have made it possible for it to be a rental and have helped me to protect my investment. Dru is my agent and he is the best! more

As an owner that lives out of town, I have to say that Hendricks management has done a terrific job of taking care of my property. Maintenance is always immediately addressed, and my property has always had great tenants. more

Vast Improvement 9/20/2011

I am an owner that came over to Hendricks from another company and have found Hendricks to be a vast improvement. I like the general management of the firm. I receive emails when things are happening, there is a minimum of confusion, and I found the financial stuff on the web site is helpful when I am doing my income taxes. more
