Sharon has been doing my hair since shortly after moving to the Raleigh area 3 years ago and I could not imagine having anyone else do it! Sharon is amazing and I have LOVED everything she has ever done to my hair and this is coming from a girl who is changing her hair color/style OFTEN!! I have been going to see Sharon for over 3 years now. The first time I ever had her do my hair was by pure luck..I walked in with no appt, and no specific stylist in mind..ever since that SHARON has been the only one to touch my hair. I trust her with my hair more than any other stylist that i have previously seen. All I have to do is tell her what kind of look I'm going for and she makes it happen, I just let her go with it and have fun with my hair (color & cut), I know no matter what she does it's going to turn out amazing! If you are looking for a stylist who can do it ALL, and also someone you can talk to about anything..go see Sharon...She is wonderful and thats all there is to it! more

I have never been able to find someone to help deal with my fine curly hair but Nicole rocked it!!! She knew exactly how to cut and style hair. She explained the areas of my hair that were damaged and what to do repair it, and she did not make me feel stupid or uncomfortable once! I recommend Nicole to cut, style and help you manage your hair so that it is healthy. She is the best! more

Last week I went to Jen at haircolorxperts for the first time to have my hair colored darker for the fall/winter seasons. I am always skeptical about going to a new salon to get my hair colored and cut because I have had many bad experiences in the past, but she did exactly what I envisioned! My hair looks like a natural color brown and the style fits my shaped face perfectly—she cut off exactly how much I wanted unlike most hairstylists. I am really pleased with the way my hair turned out and would recommend her to anyone who isn’t looking to spend a fortune on their hair. I can’t wait to see what she can do for my hair in the spring! more

You have to go to Shea at haircolorxperts! I’ve had the same cut and style for the past two years and wanted something that wasn’t so boring. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made some really good suggestions. When all was said and done, I felt like a whole new person! I scheduled my first appointment after reading reviews and needing to have my color and cut corrected. Not only did Drew correct the mess, he did it in half the time of my previous hair dresser! I have already scheduled a follow up visit and would recommend his services to anyone! more

After 10 years with my current hair style, I was long overdue for a change, so I decided it was time to try out a new salon. I visited haircolorxperts in Cary hoping they could give me a new look that matched my personality. As soon as I walked in, Hannah greeted me with a wonderful attitude and listened as I explained to her what I wanted done. I put my hair in Hannah’s hands. It was one of the best hair decisions I’ve ever made! She was incredibly professional and followed my suggestions exactly! I went to the salon today, and Drew colored my hair and did the La-Brasiliana Keratin treatment too. I'm always apprehensive about coloring my hair....especially blonde, which can definitely go wrong on my brown and previously highlighted hair. Drew did a FABULOUS job, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. My husband loves my hair (and I got a few stares in the parking lot too!!! :) I just had a baby and this was the confidence boost I needed. I highly recommend this salon. Words can't even begin to describe how amazing Drew is - I highly recommend him. I have thick and curly hair, so it is difficult to find a stylist who knows how to manage it, but Drew exceeds any and all expectations. I am able to show up, sit down, and not say a word about what I want; all the while trusting him to do exactly what I want and need. He knows his clientele, and it evident how much he cares. It rare that I ask him a question that he doesn't know the answer to. He is highly knowledgeable on every product line, technique, tool, etc., and even if he doesn't know the answer, he will hunt it down for you. Furthermore, Drew is fun. He has a great energy, and going to get my hair done with him is like going to hang out and catch up with a great friend. He is so amazing that multiple girls and guys from my office now go to him. He makes you feel so comfortable. If you're looking for a stylist who knows the industry, will take initiative but be sensitive to your needs/wants, and is amazing at his craft, then Drew is your guy. more

I Love my Stylist, I go to Sharon. I have been getting my Hair Cut with her now for a while. She always listens to what I want and my Hair cut is very Hard. I have been Botched so many times at other places I can’t even count the times. I could do a better job cutting my Hair then some of the people I have had cut me before… But Sharon is Great. I have what you call a detached haircut one style in the front and another in the back… so some people run the other way all together! I even have one person who did my color someplace else say they would cry if I asked them to cut my hair. When I leave out of Sharon’s chair though, I am always happy. I have also had my Summer highlights done by Jenn when she worked someplace Else, She also does a great job. The placing of the Highlights was Great, I got it Chunky because I like to be a little more crazy with my hair but I had so many people ask me where I got my Highlights done because they looked so well done. I don’t know about anyone else because I normally go to Sharon but These two Stylist know what they are doing. In fact I plan on going there today and Really Changing it up, getting something totaly different but I know I'll be happy when I leave! more

YAY! SHARON! As we discussed, I had never had a hair issue in my entire life until I moved to Raleigh in February 2007. After almost FOUR very looooooooooooooong years of trials, tears, and 3 other hair stylists, I finally feel like myself again. It will be impossible to ever repay you for what you have given back to me. It is so refreshing to receive compliments again and to be able to respond with a simple "thank you." Kudos to you (and your colleagues) for running such a fast-paced, top-notch salon. The professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail you and the rest of the team provide is in a class all its own. I came in with hair that looked like I slept at the greyhound bus station. It was different colors, dry and breaking. Sharon fixed my color and my roots no longer glowed! She then highlighted my hair so it had more depth. Then she gave me the most fantastic cut. Sharon is the best and I highly recommend her! I'm from NYC and used to top service. Sharon and the staff at Hair Color Xperts in Cary exceeded my expectations and totally saved my hair! Definitely RUN, DON'T WALK to this salon! more

Sharon at Hair Color Experts ROCKS! My previous hair dresser at a different salon actually burned off a LARGE PORTION of hair in the back of my head w/ bleach by overprocessing it. I went to see Sharon and not only did she bring my hair back to a much more natural looking blonde, she also applied hair extensions to my head (focusing on the damaged area) and gave me my confidence back. I suddently had long beautiful blonde hair again w/ in a couple of hours!!!! Sharon CARES about the treatment and condition of your hair. She asks A LOT of thorough questions to fully understand your needs and never begins until you are BOTH on the same page. I FULLY TRUST HER - she is a genius at what she does. Whether you are blonde, brunette, long haired or short, Sharon knows her stuff. The great news too is that ALL of the stylists there are VERY EXPERIENCED and FULLY KNOW their stuff! If you can't get into Sharon, try Brad or Shae (she is new, but very good). The entire staff is fun, kind and a great vibe to be around! I walk in there each time and Lisa (Salon Manager) makes me feel like I am the most important person in the world. If you want to feel good, GO TO HAIR COLOR EXPERTS IN CARY!!!!! more

Jalpa is awesome. I saw her for a haircut and color yesterday and I love it. I have had a lot of bad haircuts so I spent a lot of time talking with her beforehand and she had excellent ideas and was extremely patient while helping me decide what to do with my short but growing out hair. Her haircut is great, definitely as good as some of the master stylists I have been to at top NY salons in the past. I highly recommend her, she takes her time to really make sure the cut is perfectly even (unlike other local places I have been to) and did exactly what I asked for with my highlights. I usually use Paige as my main stylist, but when I had to re-schedule at the last minute the only person available was Jalpa. She did a great job! I’m usually a little apprehensive about that sort of thing, but she recognized me from previous visits and really listened to what I wanted. Now I know I am safe to make appointments with other stylists in the future when last-minute schedule conflicts come up! more

I have to say getting my hair done sometimes really stresses me out and admit that I am very indescisive and can be difficult to please. However, I had one of the best experiences at Hair Color Experts in Cary recently. From the minute I walk in the staff was so inviting. Drew was my stylist, he made me feel comfortable and took the time to really find out what i wanted and we discussed what would be the best look for me. I was nervous ,at first ,but I needed something different. He recomended that I go a little lighter. Something I hadn't thought of. I absolutley love the color he choose for my hair. Fantastic! I left the salon feeling so good about the way I looked which we ladies know, when youre hair looks good , you feel great . My husband even said, "whatever you had done to your hair, i like it" thats about as close to a compliment as i could ever hope for out of him. Thank you Drew for working your magic on my hair. I recently tried HairColorXperts because I moved and it was closer since my former salon was all the way in North Raleigh. I liked my cut so much that I stopped making appointments with my old stylist and have officially switched to HairColorXperts permanently! Pros: Great staff, Great results more
