I highly recommend Brooke for anything. She stayed in contact with me through out my bridal process. I never once felt like if (maybe she was going to do my wedding.) Brooke is the real deal. She was on time to my wedding destination, and very polite. My bridal pictures were amazing. I absolutely recommend Brooke to anyone who feels like they are stuck on whom to use. It's kinda like finding something you really like and you can't wait to tell everyone what you found. Thanks for everything Hair by Brooke. Pros: Recommended more

Brooke is Great 5/22/2007

I found Brooke actually in Austin Wedding Day, then I saw her again in Austin City Search, so I decided to try her out. I'm so happy I met her. Brooke not only has a great personalty, she is very pretty which work to her benefit but also she is very talented. She did myself and my wedding party which she did a great job. But after she left we all had great comments about her. Brooke is awesome and I highly recommend her. Check her out. She is great. Pros: She is the Best. more

My name is Brittany and I just recently got married. I can honestly say,the best part of my wedding day was getting my hair and make up done. How do you do it? You are very good at what you do and I look up to your talents. I appreciate your hard work on showing me things that other profssionals never have time to. I like how you book clients as well. Your detailed consultations let you know how long to spend with each client. I don't know how to put in words how I looked on my wedding day. Everybody said my skin was glowing. I have never felt as confident as I did on my wedding day.All of my brides maids were also so beautiful. My wedding portrait was amazing. My photographer said that she had to do no touch up's. ""flawless"" Thank you so much for your work. Brooke your the BEST. I reccommend that everyboday that reads these reviews goes to you, (anyone who is reading this) you will be in GREAT hands. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her work! 5/3/2007

I am delighted to have Brooke Dlouhy as my hair designer. I have had numerous stylists in the past, none has ever asked specifics about my likes and dislikes, nor have they run their hands through my hair to feel its texture, thickness, and natural contours. I was sold after the first cut. My hair was thick, course, and heavy. Brooke textured my hair in techniques I have never seen before, my hair felt light and fluffy with enormous body and had movement. I loved it, and she gave me great tips on using hair products to help maintain my style. The complements I received were overwhelming, and I have referred friends and family to her that are now her customers. I have been one of Brooke's client's for about 5 years now and can tell you she can cut and highlight better than anyone I have ever used. I was shopping at Barton Creek Mall just last weekend and a lady came up to me and asked who and where I get my hair done. I gave her Brooke's name and information. I am sure she will be as satisfied as I am. more

found Brooke Dlouhy when searching for stylists to do my hair for my wedding. She was very professional and enthusiastic on the phone, and that combined with her huge repertoire of styling skills made me decide to book her. It has been the best decision I ever made (other than marrying my husband, of course!)!! Brooke did my hair and make-up for my bridal portraits first, and did a phenomenal job ? everyone seeing the pictures commented on how wonderful I looked. I then went to Brooke to have my hair color redone before the wedding, and received more compliments on my hair color than I have EVER gotten before. Brooke did an amazing job for my wedding, as well ? everyone?s hair was absolutely beautiful! I have since gone back to her for a hair cut and I can say I will not be going to anyone else for my hair ever again! more

worth the drive! 3/11/2007

Brooke is a relative of my wife, I was very loyal to my old stylist. However, after a few highlights and cuts, I find myself now driving down to the Austin area every month. Her knowledge of the latest trends and her willingness to listen to my ideas, makes her a true joy to go to. I am a very picky guy about my hair, and its well worth the drive to come see her. Keep up the good work Brooke, more

As a professional road musician for over 14 years, it is always tough to find someone who has the vision to give me the cut and color I desire. Brooke Dlouhy has that vision and the skills to give me the perfect ""Rock n' Roll"" hair cut. She gives suggestions and spends as much time as it takes to give you the perfect look you are trying to achieve. After moving from Nashville,Tn. back to the Austin area, I have no need to search for another stylist! more
