First he wanted $20,000 to fix a bridge. Then when he found out I didn't have that kind of insurance, he pretended to perform a proceure he billed my insurance for what my limit was. He didn't perform the procedure he billed my insurance for. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, he sent me an insulting & threatening email directly to me. This guy is unprofessional and a real jerk out for the money. His staff of 12 year olds are ridiculous and untrained. Go to a professional and accredited dentist. more

Exceptional Customer Service and Very Warm and Friendly Environment 1/22/2008

Dr. Alayan and his team at Great Oaks Denistry are awesome. I became a patient when they first opened up and have been with them ever since. I even moved to Houston and drove back to Austin for my dentist appointments. Now I'm back in Round Rock and only let Dr. Alayan work on my teeth. I've had some horrible dentists in the past and Dr. Alayan corrected their mistakes. Now my gums and teeth are strong and looking good. I highly recommend giving Great Oaks Dentistry a chance...I'm very glad that I did!!! Pros: Friendly with great service, great parking, great hours for business professionals and food service and gas across parking lot if needed Cons: Haven't experience any yet more
