Beware 5/7/2012

I called in on Sunday and asked about my windshield being repaired amd was told the price and to bring it to the Greensboro NC location first thing Monday morning. When I got to the facility on Monday, I was informed they knew nothing about it and said it would be tomorrow before they could get my glass. Well, I drove from Burlington on my way to work, its supposed to rain and they didnt seem to care to help me out. Now I praying that it doesnt rain until I can get off work. Dont call the 24 hour number because they dont know what the individual stores have and what they can do for you. Probably will never trust them again. more

I personally recommend 12/21/2011

From the time I got here the staff was very helpful getting my paperwork completed and my service started. They even called my Insurance company for me saving me the hassle of taking care of that. 50% of my deductable was written off, which is always good (saving me money). I would recommend Glass Pro to friends, family and will use their services again if the need arises. more
