Efficient and honest 7/11/2012

After my email they called within the hour. A technician visited my home on the same day and provided a written quote with options; either have parts replaced or a new garage door. He didn't think I needed a new door. I thought about it over night, made some inquiries and decided on parts replacement. They were there the next day and the job was finished within the hour. While they were not the least expensive, nor the most. They were professional, efficient and honest. more

Blair and Vince were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely polite. They worked quickly in the middle of a heatwave to install our new door and we would recommend their products and their service to anyone. more

Excellent company 6/30/2012

What a great experience,called and they came within an hour. The Service Rep was a young man named Mike who explained what he was doing and why. Within in a hour and a half, garage door working better then before. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thanks for the great work. more

Prompt response, polite and informative tech, price as quoted 6/29/2012

Very responsive. Came over the same day and fixed problem at the price quoted. Although the price was at the highest in the quoted range not the lowest but they were there and could do the job right away. Would use again and recommend to anyone who asks more

I called 10:00am and a technician was at my door by 3:00pm same day. The service I received was to be commended. The knowledge and advise I received was great. One of the best service tech's I have ever dealt with. This is not the first time I used the garage door services and it won't be the last. more

Blair repaired our 25+ year old garage door and it's like a new door now. NOt only was he punctual, he was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I have highly recommended this company and Blair in particular to other friends. more

Good experience! 6/22/2012

A spring broke on one of the garage doors yesterday and I called then late afternoon. They were here at 8:30 AM this morning and replaced the springs on the door and checked the other doors and motors as well. The replacement springs have a ten year warranty. The price could have been a little better but in this day and age you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if needed. more

sorry to have taken so long to write but was called out of town for an emergency. Your company was very prompt in getting over to fix my garage door. Blair #754956 was the service man and he was excellent. Check all my doors and tested them. He was easy to work with and very kind and polite. I will ask for him if we need your services again!! more

Girard's Garage Door Services came recommended by a family member that had used them recently. We had the same experience in which they were at our house within a day. When Mike arrived, he was very professional and explained all of our options very clearly. After the work was completed, he explained the work completed and offered some great suggestions. more

Quick, Quality Service 6/11/2012

I had a broken torsion spring on my 16'garage door so I called Girard's to fix it. They sent out Mike, the service man, within a few hours and he recommended the entire door tune-up. I decided to go with that option because of the value and the 10 year warrenty. He replaced both springs, all the rollers, and all other moving parts. He then lubed and adjusted the door. It is working great now and it was done in a few hours. more
