I had to call (at 5:30) and heard back peddling about why service would not occur. Lucky me - I took time off of work so I could be frustrated.
Poor communication. Poor follow through. Zero consideration for the time of others. And troubleshooting via cell phone pictures to further tell me why they couldn't meet their commitment.
