Great service and would recommend them to everyone I know 10/6/2012

From the phone call till the repair person came service was wonderful. The woman whom answered the phone was very friendly and pleasant and you got the feeling she really cared. She had someone come as soon as she could. JG, the tech that came to the house was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and he did give you the feeling that he loved his job and you didn't feel like you didn't know anything since my repair was something very minor. This is the second time we had this service and I would tell anyone to contact this service. Thanks to everyone we had contact with. I keep the phone number on the inside of my garage. more

The door would open only intermittently. The technician replaced the circuit board and the door operation returned to normal. 10/6/2012

The work was done expertly on 10-5-12, even though there was a delay in meeting the appointment time. This was the second time your company serviced my 11 year old door. I'll use your services again. The service man did a fine job. more

Friendly & knowledgeable servicemen 10/5/2012

My garage door stopped closing. Vince was the repairman dispatched (on the same day). He was friendly and fixed the issue quickly. But after that he proceeded to lubricate all moving parts of both of my garage doors, put a new bolt where it was missing and adjusted the door so that there was minimal gap (for drafts) between the door and wall. He was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again. Thanks Vince & thanks Girard. more

Broken garage door--car locked inside. 10/5/2012

I called after 630pm and the phone was answered promptly by a friendly & informative person, who seemed to truly care about my situation. I was given the opportunity for immediate service (at no extra charge) or service the following morning. I got a phone call from the service tech in route to my home with an estimated arrival time,which was met. Shem was knowledgable and answered every question I had. He serviced both the doors quickly and made sure that they were working properly by testing them more than once. Great service and reasonable rates~~ I will recommend you to friends with no hesitation. Thanks. more

I replaced two Garage doors 10/5/2012

From the consultation to the completed job James was helpful and always so professional. He answered all my questions and concerns. I was impressed that a company today would actually come when they were scheduled.I love my garage doors they are so easy to operate and look great too! James and Ryan did a wonderful job, they work as a team and that was also nice to see. Thank you. I would recommend them to anyone. more

Called for emergency repair and technicians arrived within two hours 10/4/2012

5:30 a.m. I hit the garage door opener and heard a pop. Spring broke and spring and pulley were hanging down. Called Girard's as I had to get to work and couldn't close the garage door. At first they couldn't come until around 4:00 but when I explained the difficulty of my situation I received a call back ten minutes later that technicians would be on site within an hour. James and Ryan arrived on time and gave me the quick fix option and the preventive maintenance option (garage door was installed in 1993 and first time there was an issue). I opted for the preventive maintenance and they were in and out within an hour. Door working perfectly and has additional safety features now. Left the area without a trace that they were ever there....neat and clean. Recommend highly! more

Fantastic sameday service. Service man, Mike, arrive on time and presented options for repair very clearly. Moving parts overhauled. Now garage door works like new. Prices are very competitive and fair. Highly recommend their services, and will use Garage Door Services again more

Fantastic service with a knowledgeable and friendly technician. 10/1/2012

Best and most timely service I have ever received. I was locked in my garage due to a broken spring at 8:00 am and a GDS repair man was here by 8:30 and sone by 9:30. 100 satisfaction with a new 10 yr warranty. Great job wekk done more

Outstanding, prompt and efficient service 9/28/2012

I called after 3 PM on Friday afternoon and was initially impressed when my call was answered by a human on the 2nd ring. Within second of my describing my garage door issue, Tom stated the possible problem and gave a time that a repairman would be here. In less than 2 hours Mike was here. He quickly identified the problem,clearly explained my options and began repairs. Mike is an outstanding,skilled professional who is also pleasant. In addition to repairing my door, both men seemed to care. It was a pleasure to pay for this service. Thznk You! more
