I called after 3 PM on Friday afternoon and was initially impressed when my call was answered by a human on the 2nd ring. Within second of my describing my garage door issue, Tom stated the possible problem and gave a time that a repairman would be here. In less than 2 hours Mike was here. He quickly identified the problem,clearly explained my options and began repairs. Mike is an outstanding,skilled professional who is also pleasant.
