Fast Service 8/10/2012

I called Girard's at 1000 am when I realized my garage door will never open again with my old opener. James arrived at 1:15 and diagnosed my old opener and garage parts. James showed me the parts needing replacing and explained the types of openers available. I chose a Liftmaster 3850. James began working immediately and had all of the replacement parts available in his work van. James was finished replacing the garage parts(springs, bearings and rollers) and installing the new belt driven opener. James showed us how the safety features worked. James work was completed by 3:30. Excellent Work! more

The service tech called ahead to inform us he would be delayed. On arrival, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant and got right to work. He explained everything and answered all questions. Shem was great! We will definitely recommend Girard's. more

Blair was the tech who installed a new garage door opener for me. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. Most of all he had a good sense of customer service and was obviously willing to go an extra mile to satisfy the customer. He seemed to like what he does and the enthusiasm showed. I would use GDS again because of the service he provided. more

Impressive 8/3/2012

I was very happy with the service. Shem explained things clearly and let me know exactly what needed to be repaired/replaced on the garage door. After he was done I could not believe how quiet and smooth it was...even more so than when I bought the house and it was brand new. more

James was our service rep and he did a great job. He explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and completed the work quickly. Now our garage door works correctly and is super quiet! And, Girard's was able to come out the same day that we called them, even though there was no emergency. Best possible service imaginable! 7/22/2012

The torsion spring on my garage door broke so I needed repairs ASAP. Blair from Girard's came out within hours and did a and thorough job of overhauling the door. Not only was the work first-class, but Blair was polite and professional as well. I'd recommend Blair and Girard's to anyone needing their garage door fixed! more

had garage door "emergency" - old 400+ pound door was stuck in down position. Technician Mike was awesome! Fast work, gave plenty of options. Completed door hardware overhaul in 2 hours. HIGHLY recommend! more

I was extremely pleased with the job done to repair my garage door. I called in the morning , and a service adviser booked an appt for me the very same morning. James the technician was thorough and quick. What was really great was that everything that I needed was right there in the truck and was installed in my garage in just minutes. That never happens anymore. I'm so used to a diagnostic call and then another appt gets set up to do whatever fixing is necessary. I was very pleased with the courteousness of James as well. Good job! more
