James was our service rep and he did a great job. He explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and completed the work quickly. Now our garage door works correctly and is super quiet! And, Girard's was able to come out the same day that we called them, even though there was no emergency. Thanks for great service and we will call you when we need something else for our garage door.
