I had a broken torsion spring on my 16'garage door so I called Girard's to fix it. They sent out Mike, the service man, within a few hours and he recommended the entire door tune-up. I decided to go with that option because of the value and the 10 year warrenty. He replaced both springs, all the rollers, and all other moving parts. He then lubed and adjusted the door. It is working great now and it was done in a few hours.
