A spring broke on one of the garage doors yesterday and I called then late afternoon. They were here at 8:30 AM this morning and replaced the springs on the door and checked the other doors and motors as well. The replacement springs have a ten year warranty. The price could have been a little better but in this day and age you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.
