Professional, knowledgable, solved the problem in 30 minutes! 5/17/2013

Mike arrived after calling ahead to tell me he was on his way. Once at our home, he evaluated just what the problem was and fixed it -- but also went beyond just the problem-fixing, and completed some preventive care after inspection of the garage door/opener. Mike was extremely professional and personable, very knowledgeable, and solved the problem in a timely way. A very valuable employee. more

Great service! I called Girard's to have service performed on my heavy, hard to open garage door. The customer service person promised a repair person by late afternoon on the same day. Mike, the service personnel was prompt and courteous. He was knowledgeable and repaired the door in less than 1 1/2 hrs. The door is now a breeze to open and close. Thanks for the thorough job performed. more

Called for service mid morning and was told they could have someone here by 2. Right on time...amazing....this never happens anymore. Shem arrived on time....did an overview and then informed me of multiple ways I could go. He was knowledgeable, friendly and informative...and added bonus was that he came prepared for EVERYTHING!!! Door not closing properly 5/4/2013

Your technician James was promp! He was courteous and polite. He was able to able to diagnose the problem and repair in a short period of time. I have used Girards services several times including an installation of a new door opener. I will gladly recommend them to my neighbors! more

Very good - fast service 4/24/2013

James came on a saturday, right on time and gave us all of our options to fix the lock on our door. Our lock is not one that they use, but he was still able to fix the snapped wire quickly and it now works great. more

Door openers not operating properly after electrical storm,technician, Ryan explained that the circut boards were "fried"by nearby lightning strike.He replaced door openers with no fuss or muss. more

Shem, called ahead and was on time, He knew exactly what was wrong with the opener, and repaired it very quickly. Then he went over the other opener and made sure everything was good. I am writing this review in reference to "Mike" who serviced my garage door on s poplar in Allentown on 04/18/13 -He was exceptionally knowledgeable and extremely helpful.. He quickly accessed the problem,offered various remedies and worked to satisfy our chosen request. He also was so pleasant to my mom and courtious of her needs..I would without question, recommend your company and especially him, to service any future needs..
