Mike arrived after calling ahead to tell me he was on his way. Once at our home, he evaluated just what the problem was and fixed it -- but also went beyond just the problem-fixing, and completed some preventive care after inspection of the garage door/opener. Mike was extremely professional and personable, very knowledgeable, and solved the problem in a timely way. A very valuable employee.
