Couldn't have been better. 11/30/2013

Had a broken spring. The door is 12 years old and noisy. Mechanic named Corey suggested both spring replacement, as well as all rollers. I thought price was reasonable (and got a Senior Citizen discount.) Corey worked efficiently, quickly, and professionally. After parts replacement, he thoroughly lubricated all rollers and hinges and checked for proper operation. I don't think this door ever worked so well. more

Once again - Great service! 11/30/2013

We have had Girard's GDS install three garage doors and an opener in the past. We needed a new opener on one door this year and again we received great service. Ryan and Mike were on time, did a great job, were pro-active in making sure we were satisfied, and showed they cared. more

Great Job! 11/28/2013

James arrived within an hour after my initial call. My door springs failed, and my door was stuck shut. These things never happen at an ideal time, but he arrived quickly and did the work carefully. We hadn't had any kind of door maintenance since we had moved to this house, so having him do a full maintenance package that day was both wise and economically smart. I can't believe how quiet the door is when opening and closing now. Thanks for timely, efficient, and careful work! more

Their technician, Mike, showed up on time, explained the options for repairing the door, and then completed the work. The work area was cleaned afterward. He explained what he had done and what we had to do in the future. A quality job. more

The repair service provided by Ryan and Mike from Girard’s Garage Door Services could not have been better. They arrived ahead of schedule – and they were already scheduled the same day we called. Within 60 seconds of arriving, they knew EXACTLY what the problem was. Within 15 minutes, the problem was not only fixed, but they also performed some basic maintenance on the other door/opener, that wasn’t even broken. The charge was more-than-fair. If I could rate them with 6 stars rather than 5, I would. Thanks guys! more

Dedication to Customer Service 11/13/2013

Our garage door broke on a Friday morning. I called Girard's and was told someone would be out between 4 to 6pm that same day. At 5pm, the technician called to say that he was running late but would be willing to come on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, that time wasn't going to work for me so I scheduled for Monday. The office called Saturday morning to say that the technician was available in the morning. The technician then called when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair price and got right to work. He was done very promptly, cleaned up the area and carefully explained all the details of what he did as well as the safety features of our door. He even adjusted a slight problem that he noticed without an extra fee. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door service!!! more

Quick and excellent work! 10/31/2013

Today I called Girard's because my garage door needed service. The technician Shem was out within an hour, diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds, and fixed it within 1/2 hour. Everything is working great and I am very pleased. I will not hesitate to call again or to recommend Girard's to anyone. more
