Nice job, quick and efficient 2/25/2014

I called at 10:00 to ask for help and they arrived at 11:30. Replaced my broken garage door opener, replaced rollers on the door, and even programmed my car to operate the door opener. A good experience. more

We had 2 garage doors replaced this summer and the job was done beautifully. We needed a repair (on a garage door opener that was not supplied by Girard's) and they came the same day and did a beautiful job. Thanks for the service and the positive attitude of the employees! more

Highly Recommended 2/11/2014

My garage door was not opening and closing as smooth as it should have, so I contact Girard’s Garage Doors. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. The tech (Blair) was extremely knowledgeable when answer our questions. It turned out that the door cables and bearings were going bad. Girard’s stood by their warranty and since the tech’s trucks are stock, my garage door was fixed within 20 min. I have use Girard’s Garage Door Services 3 times, there prices are reasonable and their customer service is outstanding! I would not use any other garage door service. I highly recommend Girard’s. more

Ben is by far one of the best technicians employed by Girard's. He had a complete checklist to review and even made suggestions and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done just right. Mike and Jesse were in our driveway at the exact time quoted and within hours of our call to them. They were very knowledgeable and personable and able to complete the repair immediately. Quoted us a price and explained all our options. Couldn't have asked for anything better. more

Professional, same-day service 2/8/2014

Within a couple of hours of my call, Nigel was there to repair my garage door opener. He was courteous and professional, and took time to explain the options available. He also pointed out some other items to keep an eye out for. For sure I will use Girard's again next time. more

Highly recommended 2/7/2014

After being referred to GDS by a neighbor, we used GDS for the first time and were highly pleased. They kept us updated on arrival and clearly presented our options. Mike and Jesse were very polite and quickly fixed our door. Additionally, they made numerous suggestions for better door performance that we can do easily ourselves. Highly recommend this company and the service they provide. more

Garage door broke during the weekend of 8 inches of snow. Technicians were able to come out the next day and were very personable and professional. They fixed the problems quickly and to my satisfaction. I recommend them highly. more

Good Experience 1/29/2014

My garage door broke after a Sears tech handled it. Never call Sears! Called Girard and Mike and Jessie came the next day. Door is now working properly and hopefully will for a long time! Guys were polite and explained fully what was needed to fix the problem. Wouldn't hesitate to call again. more

Broken Garage Door Opener 1/28/2014

Our garage door opener was not working. We called Girard's and got an appointment within a few days. The technician called to let us know he was running late and provided an estimated time of arrival, which was accurate. When the technician arrived, he was courteous and quickly repaired the broken garage door opener. He also provided advice for future maintenance. Great job and the price was reasonable. more

I had a broken spring on a garage door that is 20 years old. Mike suggested a complete overhaul. He was instructive and helpful and took the time to explain what would be done and why. The service call fee was waived and a 5-year warranty was provided for all parts. Mike and Jessie worked efficiently and quickly. more
