Our garage door broke on a Friday morning. I called Girard's and was told someone would be out between 4 to 6pm that same day. At 5pm, the technician called to say that he was running late but would be willing to come on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, that time wasn't going to work for me so I scheduled for Monday. The office called Saturday morning to say that the technician was available in the morning. The technician then called when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem, gave me a fair price and got right to work. He was done very promptly, cleaned up the area and carefully explained all the details of what he did as well as the safety features of our door. He even adjusted a slight problem that he noticed without an extra fee. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door service!!!
