Had a broken spring. The door is 12 years old and noisy. Mechanic named Corey suggested both spring replacement, as well as all rollers. I thought price was reasonable (and got a Senior Citizen discount.) Corey worked efficiently, quickly, and professionally. After parts replacement, he thoroughly lubricated all rollers and hinges and checked for proper operation. I don't think this door ever worked so well.
