Excellent Service 4/17/2013

I was very pleased with the service I received today from James. He explained everything in a manner that I understood fully. He was polite and had everything done in less than an hour and made sure that everything worked properly before he left. I would tell anyone that had a problem to go to Girard's for service. more

Girard's employee, Shem, gave great service in repairing my garage door! He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable about his job! The owner took my initial call with good follow-up for arranging my service! I would call them again! You should too! more

Had a problem with new garage door not closing. Service Manager personally picked up the call, quickly asked what the symptoms were and talked me through a solution free of charge. This is the real difference of dealing with a family-owned buisness that does not leave neighbors in a lurch! Thanks a lot and we will absolutely use you next time we need garage door service. more

Scheduling was easy with Saturday availibility.Ryan, the technician, showed up when scheduled, was very professional and friendly. Seemed knowledgable and answered all of my questions. He has obviously been well trained. Would use again and reccommend highly tos. more

This past week I had a new garage door opener installed plus some additional garage door work to make it much quieter. The technician (Ryan) that came out was professional, courteous and took the time to explain all of the options plus the pricing. AND he was able to do the work the SAME day! This was a great experience. Ryan did a great job and I would recommend him and Girard's Garage Door Services to anyone! more

OUTSTANDING SERVICE and STAFF 2/8/2013

Vince came to my home reviewed the problem, gave me my options and I picked for him to installed my new opener. "Old broken unit was 24 years old." He did an outstanding job cleaned up after himself, and provided great customer service. I will deal with Girard's again with workers like him. Dealing with Girard's is dealing with pro's. There is no reason to go anywhere else. more

He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite and did a great job installing 2 garage door openers in a very cold garage one day last January. Excellent service - service call placed on 1/1/13 1/2/2013

We got home from a New Year's Eve long weekend to find the spring on our garage door snapped in two. We left a service call that afternoon and the following morning we rec'd the call back and the appt was set up for between 2 & 4pm that same day. I got a call late morning that they could come earlier so they did. The service representative was not only very pleasant, but very professional. We would highly recommend this company to friends and neighbors. more
