We got home from a New Year's Eve long weekend to find the spring on our garage door snapped in two. We left a service call that afternoon and the following morning we rec'd the call back and the appt was set up for between 2 & 4pm that same day. I got a call late morning that they could come earlier so they did. The service representative was not only very pleasant, but very professional. We would highly recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
