Excellent Service and very polite tech 8/21/2013

James the tech did a wonderful job on my old wooden garage door. The spring broke and he did a fantastic job in replacing all the old hardware and making better than new. I would definitely recommend these people to fix doors. They were prompt and thorough and timely with the repair service. more

Fast service. Garage doors work better than ever. 8/20/2013

Yesterday, my right hand garage door failed completely. It would only open about 2 feet and then close unevenly. Also, the left hand garage door closed in a rough manner. Today, I called and service was performed within one hour. After inspecting the doors the technician determined that the right springs were totally warn. He also noticed that the on both doors the springs were undersized as they were unable to hold the door in place in partially open. After replacing the springs and safety cables and adjusting and inspecting the doors they work quieter and smoother than ever. The technician, Corey, was polite and knowledgeable. more

Fantastic Service 8/15/2013

Within 2 days of my initial call my garage door is now opening beautifully. In fact, it has never been so quiet! Mike came out this morning right on time and got the job done. He was very knowledgable and professional. I can't believe how quickly he replaced our old, worn-out hardware and installed our brand new opener. We could not be more pleased with Girard's service! more

Excellent overall experience 8/12/2013

So amazed in this day and age to encounter such professionalism and cortesy. Called with garage door and opener problems on Wednesday @ 4:30 P.M. and spoke to service manager Tom. He said he could have someone at my house the same evening between 5:00P.M. and 7:00P.M.! He called back @ 6:30P.M. and said Mike would be at my house within 5 minutes. I got an estimate, and Mike did an overhaul on my garage door and replaced the existing opener. He did a great job, and I could not be happier with the courtesy,service and workmanship! Thank you. more

Fantastic Job! 8/9/2013

We called Girard's to set up an installation of new garage doors for our home. Corey arrived on a Thursday and gave us a quote for 2 new single garage doors with 2 new garage door openers. We agreed on the fair price and awaited an installation date. To our surprise, 5 days later, we were called and told that they could be installed on that day! Corey came down and did an absolutely fabulous job. He was neat, organized and meticulous. He did a tremendous job and we are more than pleased with the results. Our home looks great! We would recommend Girard's to anyone needing new garage doors! more

Fast, Efficient and Reasonably priced 8/1/2013

We called for an appointment at 7PM last night and had a technician (James) at our door at 8:45 AM this morning. James quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem (door would not close) and explained our options, He made the needed repairs and was done by 9:15. We highly recommend Girard's and James. more

Fantastic and Professional Service! 7/29/2013

GDS responded to our emergency garage door which left us with no transportation. They sent Mike to our aid. He was professional and explained the safety features and instead of one spring we now have two so if this happens again we will be able to get into or out of the garage. I would highly recommend Girard's Garage Door Services. more

We had an excellent experience with Girard's. Our service person, James, was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He inspected everything and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. That was important to us. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We will definitely recommend Girard's to our friends and neighbors. more

Great Service 7/23/2013

I called Girard's on Monday and they had a service person out to my house the next day. Ryan came as scheduled and was very friendly and professional. He immediately discovered the problem and repaired my garage door within one hour. The door work's like new and sprayed all the rollers and glide and made sure the door closed flush and tight. I'm very pleased with Girard's and especially with Ryan. more
