Great communication and service 9/29/2016

From the first call to the office/dispatcher, to the follow up by emails...I am impressed. I not only got an email that the repairman was en-route, I also got a phone call. Very pleasant people on the phone, who cared and found a way to get my issue fixed same day. Repairman was respectful of the property, using shoe covers and a mat put down in the work area. Very nice. more

top notch and honest 9/26/2016

I had Gary's come out to look at a leak from my hot water tank. Brandon came out to the house and took a look at the problem. He said the best person to take a look was a different guy (Austin) who knows my type of system better (radiant baseboard). He called Austin on the spot and had him out the very next day. Austin was on time, and explained that the problem is probably a warranty issue from the company who installed the hot water tank. His honesty saved me about $1,000. For this I highly recommend Gary's. The woman I spoke to on the phone was also very nice and got back to me quickly. Good people all around. more

i thought that craig did a very professional job in unclogging our sewage line; he was instructive and patient in helping me to understand the problems he was facing. as good as craig did his job, i simply thought that the total amount of $900+ for 3 hours of work was truly outrageous. more

our new hot water tank 9/13/2016

Your plumber that came here was very nice, he explained why our old hot water tank was on it's last legs, and then told us what a new tank would cost put in, after the shock of the cost wore off we said sure put one in, anyway the plumber Branden Moeller was very fast putting it in and we had hot water in no time, if we need any plumbing done in the future we will surely call Branden to do the work.
