The service was fine and they did what was asked which was replace the fill valve and install a toilet. But seriously, S800 for two hours of work? And that was one of the bottom ...

Problems with Hot Water Tank 11/6/2016

Came on a Sunday at no extra charge. Checked out the problem with our hot water tank and gave us the options. We decided to go with a new tank so we could have hot water without waiting for parts. They were courteous and efficient. Would use them again. more

Knowledgeable, courteous, excellent follow-through. Jimmy caught a couple of problems created left by a previous contractor and fixed them on the spot. The office staff were helpful with scheduling and update phone calls. As the old adage goes, "you get what you pay for". They ain't cheap, but their work is outstanding. more

Way over priced 10/21/2016

Tried to charge almost 600$ to change the 2 faucets coming out of wall for washing machine. Absolute thieves. more

Prompt and experienced! 10/20/2016

What should have been a simple wax ring replacement turned into the need for a professional to replace the flange ring (attaches toilet to floor) which was 20% missing! It was a Sunday afternoon and not only did someone arrive in a timely fashion, there was no extra charge and the rates were definitely reasonable. more

What I liked the most was that the technician cleaned up after himself (surprisingly rare!). He also completed the job on a weekend so as not to disturb the business in the commercial building where the work was done. more

Great customer service. Knowledgeable and professional 10/15/2016

Shane came out on a Saturday during the first big rain storm of the year. He worked diligently to clear a plugged storm drain. I was ready to give up several times but he kept a positive attitude and kept at it. I would recommend Gary's Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest professional job. more

Great Service 10/14/2016

Called in the morning for a non-emergency repair and had a repair man in my home by 1:00 pm. Craig did a great job of quickly finding the cause of my leak and had all the parts he need to make the repair timely. Haven't seen a drop of water of the floor since. This was my 2nd experience with Gary's and have been very satisfied both times. more

Shane was very good and pleasant to work with. He fixed the pipe and suggested I have the house have new piping done being it is 1977 mobile home with the original piping. more
