I had Gary's come out to look at a leak from my hot water tank. Brandon came out to the house and took a look at the problem. He said the best person to take a look was a different guy (Austin) who knows my type of system better (radiant baseboard). He called Austin on the spot and had him out the very next day. Austin was on time, and explained that the problem is probably a warranty issue from the company who installed the hot water tank. His honesty saved me about $1,000. For this I highly recommend Gary's. The woman I spoke to on the phone was also very nice and got back to me quickly. Good people all around.
