I had a great experience with Gary's Plumbing and Heating. They did a great job with the work that they were given. They provided me with great service for my home and I appreciate their efforts and hard work. I'm happy I went with them and I would definitely recommend them to other people in the future. They delivered five-star customer service and I didn't have any problems with how they performed their work. The final results were as expected. more

Top of The Line Service 6/20/2017

I have used Gary's Plumbing and Heating a couple times now and I am extremely grateful for their services. It's crucial to have a plumbing service that you know is reliable or things can go very badly for you. I worked with Shane both times and he is knowledgeable, friendly, and knows how to make his customers at ease about the service. One of the biggest things for me is that workers don't leave a mess behind after their work is completed and Shane made sure that he didn't leave anything at all ! Overall very great experience and I have already recommended them to people. more

Was concerned but it worked out 6/10/2017

Garys responded quickly on the holiday weekend. Verbal quote was reasonable and we arranged an appointment to fix. The written quote didn't come as promised. Follow-up produced the quote which was much higher than the verbal putting us in a bad place. Called and asked for Gary who called me back. He apologized for the difference in the quotes and honored the lower one. The plumber responding did a great job. Turned out to be very satisfactory. more

Amazing Experience 6/9/2017

Gary's Plumbing and Heating provided me with a great and efficient service. They ran the snake down one of the main lines to unplug it. The pricing was good for what it was and I'd definitely recommend them to future customers. They were very polite, put the gear on, and they kept their work space clean from start to finish. Overall, we were happy and impressed with the final results. Most importantly, they were very respectful of my home and I appreciate their ability to keep everything clean and in-order even after they finished their work! 5 stars all around! more

The main water/sewer main to the house was stopped up with roots from my neighbors large maple tree causing a backup throughout our whole system. The toilet had to be removed to clear out some of the roots. Nearly everything i the bathroom had to be removed. For disabled folks this is a big chore. Putting it back afterwards was also taxing due to having to disinfect every surface due to sewer water spraying everywhere during the pipe clean out. Another visit is recommended to completely clear the line. This is costly. more

Unreasonable pricing 6/7/2017

Needed a readily accessible, in the garage, warranty covered (no tank cost), hot water tank replaced. A project of 3 hours max and for a novice 4 hours. When the project quote was over $1,100 and was refused the info on what his hourly labor rate was, there was but one conclusion ... I was being taken for a fool. more

Great Service, Excellent Work! 6/6/2017

I recently went to Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC when I was having some issues with the HVAC system in my home, and was quite pleased with how the work from them went. The people who came out from Gary's Plumbing and Heating were very courteous and professional while they were here working, and were very good at keeping me in the loop with what work was being done. The work itself was completed quicker than I had been expecting, and without any issues. The HVAC system was repaired, and we haven't had any issues with it since the work was completed. Overall I think Gary's Plumbing and Heating did an excellent job with the work that I needed done. I would definitely use their services again when I need, and I highly recommend their services. more

Quick and honest. 6/3/2017

Another plumber could have charge me to replace my valve, but Gary's plumber just tighten the nut and told me that's all I needed. He said it happens sometimes and it was no need to replace the entire valve. I was shocked at how affordable it was and how friendly and honest he was. more

Garys responded quickly to assess a serious shower drain leak on the weekend. But since the first visit to confirm the problem they have not gotten back to me with a quote for the repair costs. I have a repair date but need to know if I can afford them before they show up. We'll see... more

I have used Gary's Plumbing before and I don't usually mind paying a fee for a Service call because the plumbers go on to fix the problem. I do not think you should be charging to come out and give a bid/quote, especially when the job was such a large one (replacing an entire water line). As a small business owner myself, I do not charge people to give them quotes. I want their business and will work to get it with solid customer service and competitive pricing. Though your bid was cheaper, the fee was part of the reason we went with another company. more

The lowest price point was way more than I expected or can afford. I was disappointed that there wasn't an actual estimate, all the prices are already set at different levels. more
