The service was fine and they did what was asked which was replace the fill valve and install a toilet. But seriously, S800 for two hours of work? And that was one of the bottom ...

We were very please with the service we received from Gary's Plumbing. The courteous call to let us know when the servicemen were arriving, and follow up. The technical expertise of Jeremy was refreshing as he really understood our plumbing requests and challenges. He did what he said he would do, at the price quoted, and completed every task with skill. THANK YOU to everyone we interfaced with at Gary's Plumbing! more

Excellent service. 1/20/2017

I used Gary's Plumbing and Heating about 3 years ago to install a water heater in my home. The next time I called them because my furnace had gone out when it was 26 degrees. They showed up promptly the same day and got the furnace working again. The last time out he was just doing the maintenance on the furnace and found a part that needed to be replaced. He came back the next day and replaced it. This young man was so well spoken and polite. He explained everything he was going to do. He wore those shoe booties and was very respectful of my home. He was a great kid. Very considerate and personable. A fine representative of the company. I totally trusted him. He cleaned up real well after the job. I would call them again and definitely recommend them to other people. more

Same day service 1/17/2017

To be completely honest the guys over at Gary's Plumbing and Heating were not my first choice, but they were definitely the best choice. I had been going through the phone book calling a bunch of companies but they were the only plumbing company that could get out to my home the same day that I made the call. They showed up on time and they showed up prepared. They came out with all of the equipment they would need and got the job done right. They got the job done without having to leave and pick up more tools because they came prepared and I thought that was just great. They did a tremendous job and I cannot recommend them highly enough. more

I did not actually meet the fellow that fixed my outdoor plumbing, but after a phone conversation with him I felt very confident that he was knowledgeable and more than competent!!! I have no hesitation about calling Gary's for future installations, repairs, etc. more

T'was the day after Christmas 12/31/2016

And all through the town Not a plumber was working. My heater was down. I had no hot water So, what did I do? I called Gary's Plumbing And, Gary's came through. Jeremy and Cody pulled out the old water heater and put in the new one very quickly and efficiently. The finished product with the extra supports required by code is very well done. more

In the crawl space in 20 degree weather 12/30/2016

Wow. 2nd plumber to come in and inspect my 1910 house. The house systems were well thought out .. fixed over the years in bits and spurts. So the overall system needed to be assessed and repaired. Both hot water copper lines replaced with that new plastic piping, a pressure regulator for the main line and a new frost-free bib to replace the exposed and cracked one - and was done. Well done. more

The service men were clean, put covers on their shoes, explained what or what not may be the problem, gave me an estimate before proceeding. They gave me suggestions on how to keep the problem from occurring in the future. I would recommend them. more

Great service 12/30/2016

Brandon came by and quickly diagnosed the problem with a cracked on-demand water heater, quickly crawled into the rather nasty crawl space below my house to assess the existing piping, and located the mother-in-law suite water shutoff valve buried under soil. All of this during a wind and rain storm. Well done, Brandon! more
