Needed a readily accessible, in the garage, warranty covered (no tank cost), hot water tank replaced. A project of 3 hours max and for a novice 4 hours. When the project quote was over $1,100 and was refused the info on what his hourly labor rate was, there was but one conclusion ... I was being taken for a fool.
