We called around 7pm. They got here right after there other call. Here around 9:30 got it done less than 45min. Very efficient and effective. Just a little expensive.350.00. more

I don't usually write reviews but thought I should this time. Choosing a good repair company can be hard when you're just picking one out of a phone book. I've had some that weren't so good but I have to tell you that Gary's was great! I have a water heater that is very uncommon so it needs specific parts unlike other water heaters that have one part fits all. They were able to come out the same day I called and find the problem. They tracked down the part I needed and had it shipped overnight, then came the next day to install it. I'm very pleased with the profession service I received! I would definitely recommend Gary's pluming and heating! more

I had a great experience with Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC. They showed up on time, and only charged the minimum service price to fix what was wrong with our thermostat. They were here for ten minutes, and they did a great job. more

It's a bummer that we have had major plumbing issues this year. I'm so glad that I called Gary's for our first emergency, though. Our first plumbing emergency was an excellent experience. We were lucky enough to have Jimmy show up. Jimmy spent hours trying to make sense of our janky plumbing set-up. He was persistent and professional and incredibly knowledgable. He got that first big problem unclogged that night. He was awesome. We ended up having him come and evaluate/estimate what it would take to replace all of our pipes. Once we got the estimate, we kind of just sat on the idea. So it wasn't a big surprise that we ended up having another after-hours plumbing emergency...Jimmy to the rescue again. Well, after that second after-hours emergency, we decided to have the work done to replace all of our pipes. Jimmy and Dustin just spent 4 long days at our house this week doing an outstanding job on our system. I can't say enough about how amazing everything is running and how happy we are with the work that has been done. Their work was impeccable. Their service was friendly and they were always ready with an explanation about what they were doing. We are so happy that we had the work done and that Jimmy is our guy. Although I rely on reviews , this is the first one I've ever bothered to write . Beginning to end , Gary's is the best , I am sure I will call on them again . I own an old home , with old plumbing and a funky addition with even more funky plumbing . I've had experience with several plumbing companies in town . From excellent reception and dispatch , to the up front estimate commitment , to the conscientious professionalism of their technicians ; Gary's is by far the best . Again , start to finish ; superb customer service . Jeff and Stephan successfully resolved a persistent , tricky situation with my old plumbing . They took the problem personally . They went well beyond and above what other plumbers would even consider, to find the perfect renovation solution . They made the job much more difficult for themselves to accommodate my last minute cosmetic concerns . They fixed it all with no harm at all , without extra charge . I am relieved and surprised by the service ; glad to have finally found Gary's . more

Had new carpet installed on Thursday and Friday morning realized we had a water leak which was caused by a nail from the tack strip going through a water pipe. Gary's was very efficient and were here to save the day! Jimmy and Dustin were the best! Will be recommending Gary's for sure!! more

I used Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC when I had a problem with my toilet and let me tell you that the plumber sent by them saved my day! It was Superbowl Sunday and I was calling all the plumbers in the area as my toilet was leaking water, but no one was answering. Thankfully, Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC did and within 30 minutes they were at my house. Once I showed the plumber the problem, he explained to me very thoroughly about what he was going to do. He worked quickly and professionally. After he finished, I remembered I was having another plumbing issue with my bathtub drain being clogged, and he went straight to it, fixing the clog. The prices were reasonable and the service was awesome. I would definitely use them again and I recommend that you do too. more

Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC always arrives on time and do a fine job. I've used them a handful of times since I was so impressed with their service the first time. They've unstopped some drains, repaired our toilet, replaced the plumbing underneath our house, fixed an outside faucet, and installed our water heater. They're always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. more

I have a water heater with distribution box for hot water floor heat and tap water. Part of the circuit board burned out and a valve failed so that although the floor heating still worked, tap and shower water fluctuated between cold and sub-lukewarm. I called Gary's and the technician Shane came the next day. Parts were ordered but they did not come. They re-ordered, and the technician and his assistant came here 15 minutes after they received them. Work was completed quickly and the system was adjusted for efficiently. These combination systems are complex but Shane knows them very well. I am quite satisfied with the quality of service. more

We had a leak on a Saturday at our house, and Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC came out that same day to pump out 4 thousand gallons of water out of our basement! They found the leak and later worked with us to make sure we had everything in place for the insurance company. We have had services from them before and they do high quality work, are honest and upfront. for example, he did not want to schedule our next appointment for the hot water pump until I had verified with the insurance company if they had a preferred provider. I like them a lot! more

Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC came to my house and analyzed the problem. They found out that it was the meter that needed to be replaced, which is responsive to its factory. The meter happened to be defective 7 times the water consumption in the house. So, the meter was replaced by the factory. They really did a good job identifying the problem, were very professional and effective! more

Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC has been absolutely wonderful. They have done maintenance of our heating system in the condo i own in Bellingham. I don't live there, so I deal with them over the phone and trust them to do work without me being present. They have been extremely responsive and always terrific. I've used them for at least 10 years or longer and am so glad that they're there. They're always very polite, dependable, work well with tenants, and are reasonably priced. Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC came in and put in a higher toilet for me. I needed to get the base to rise. My home is eighteen years old, and it would cost slightly less than a higher up toilet. I received the service that afternoon. Steve was his name I believe. I had questions about the different faucets, and he was able to answer all of them. more
