I have a water heater with distribution box for hot water floor heat and tap water. Part of the circuit board burned out and a valve failed so that although the floor heating still worked, tap and shower water fluctuated between cold and sub-lukewarm. I called Gary's and the technician Shane came the next day. Parts were ordered but they did not come. They re-ordered, and the technician and his assistant came here 15 minutes after they received them. Work was completed quickly and the system was adjusted for efficiently. These combination systems are complex but Shane knows them very well. I am quite satisfied with the quality of service.
