The service was fine and they did what was asked which was replace the fill valve and install a toilet. But seriously, S800 for two hours of work? And that was one of the bottom ...

It's easy for me to recommend them 8/27/2014

Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC really did a great job. I had them for two different jobs. I had plumbing issues where the sink and faucet had to be replaced. They're very professional, keep their shoes clean when they're in your home, and did a good job of installing the two new items. Because I had been really pleased with them, I have an annual service on my heating furnace so I called them in to do that. I got a different technician from the last, obviously, but they were the same way--they did really good work. Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC is reliable and are pleasant people. I have been very pleased. more

Gary's Plumbing: Wonderful Service and Communication 7/24/2014

When we experienced a broken kitchen faucet and a link, we called Gary's Plumbing. They had already replaced an old water heater for us and did an excellent job, so it was a easy choice. They worked with us to get the faucet we wanted (at a discount) and completed the job in 2 hours. Shane is awesome! I would recommend Gary's to anyone with plumbing or heating needs! more

Outstanding service all round. 5/20/2014

Could not have asked for more. Responded to service request quickly; arrived in a timely fashion. Diagnosed the sewer back-up problem immediately . Located sewer access promptly (hard to find!) . Snaked the sewer line. Used camera to find blockage and broken line. Did a brilliant job of repair. The technician, Shane, was skilled, polite, friendly and informative. He explained all charges up front.. Should I ever have a another plumbing problem Gary's will be my first call! THANK YOU. more

Best Service Ever. 4/28/2014

Had a sump pump problem. Called Garys, very nice young lady answered phone took my info and gave me day and time technicians would show up. Shane and his young tech. (do not remember name sorry) showed up as scheduled and proceeded to find the problem and had it fixed in no time flat. Very personable, showed me what was going on and what they where doing to fix it. Great techs, great service. Will gladly recommend Garys. I will be calling them for furnace install one day. Will see if there heating guys are as good as plumbing. more

Rapid response - Fast -Efficient 4/16/2014

Gary and Mary are stand up people. I have worked with them on numberous new construction, remodels and service projects. I have noticed very little turn over in thier employees which translates to a desirable place to work. You can witness this by the attitude reflected by staff while taking care of the needs at hand. You can not go wrong with Gary's plumbing and heating. Gary and Mary constantly give back to this community through events and volunteering. It all starts at the top. Outstanding service 4/7/2014

We had an issue with a sewer odor that we could not determine the source of. I called Gary's and asked that they send someone out on the same day as the odor was intermittent and it was present today. The receptionist did some checking and found a way to send out a plumber. Shane and his trainee arrived earlier than expected and within 5 minutes diagnosed where they felt the odor was originating. Turns out they were right. We've had two other plumbers and a septic company out to try and figure this out without success. I can't say enough good things about Shane and the company. They are my plumber for the future. more

Needed plumbing repair for a leaking bathtub drain. They arrived promptly, evaluated the work and quoted a price. They were courteous and very professional. Completed the work within the time quoted. I will definitely use them again, should the need arise. more

The work was 1st rate and finished on a timely basis. 3/5/2014

We had a problem with our furnace being off when we returned home from a trip. I called Gary's Plumbing and Heating in the evening and they returned my call the next morning. They sent a technician to us 30 minutes later. He found that our furnace was 15 years old and we could either repair or replace it. I had them replace the entire furnace and the job was completed that same day. The system has worked fine since then and we're very pleased with the quick response time. more

We had a pipe burst. We called Gary's Plumbing and they had a plumber out with in an hour. 2/12/2014

My husband called Gary's Plumbing after I came home to a burst pipe. They responded quickly. When he was here he quickly diagnosed our problem. He then fixed the problem to all sinks and toilets. Now we won't have to worry about a burst pipe. What a reliet. more

It was a very good experience with Gary's Plumbing and Heating. They were very resourceful. They came late in the afternoon and ran a camera down the pipe to find that the blockage had a T-shape. It was under the slab. With the camera, they were able to show there were no holes in the pipe, but there was kind of a black goo. I don't think that line has ever been cleaned since I started working there in 1971. I got a sample of a bacterial substance that uses enzymes to help dissolve all of that. I was very happy with Jimmy. I thought he was very intelligent about the whole problem. more

A Fix + Education + Competence = Loyalty 11/29/2013

Shaun not only fixed our post-Thanksgiving kitchen drain problem but made us feel less guilty for having overburdened our poor pipes -- seems it was not only we folks who were overstuffed! Sprinkled his time while taming the snake with pearls of wisdom about where the clogs hit and which foods are the likeliest culprits. Egg shells, too? Who knew! Left with everything flower slicker than snot (would that clog, too?), nearly faster than the faucet could run. Gary's has our loyalty for this visit and some prior work. Have yet to be let down (don't try it). more

Great service 11/14/2013

The technicians were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about all that technical plumbing stuff. They were careful to not track dirt into the house after having to work in the crawl space under the house. They not only fixed my two major problems, but figured out how fix them in the most cost effective way, saving me several hundred dollars. more
