Could not have asked for more. Responded to service request quickly; arrived in a timely fashion. Diagnosed the sewer back-up problem immediately . Located sewer access promptly (hard to find!) . Snaked the sewer line. Used camera to find blockage and broken line. Did a brilliant job of repair. The technician, Shane, was skilled, polite, friendly and informative. He explained all charges up front.. Should I ever have a another plumbing problem Gary's will be my first call!
