It's a bummer that we have had major plumbing issues this year. I'm so glad that I called Gary's for our first emergency, though. Our first plumbing emergency was an excellent experience. We were lucky enough to have Jimmy show up. Jimmy spent hours trying to make sense of our janky plumbing set-up. He was persistent and professional and incredibly knowledgable. He got that first big problem unclogged that night. He was awesome. We ended up having him come and evaluate/estimate what it would take to replace all of our pipes. Once we got the estimate, we kind of just sat on the idea. So it wasn't a big surprise that we ended up having another after-hours plumbing emergency...Jimmy to the rescue again.
Well, after that second after-hours emergency, we decided to have the work done to replace all of our pipes. Jimmy and Dustin just spent 4 long days at our house this week doing an outstanding job on our system. I can't say enough about how amazing everything is running and how happy we are with the work that has been done. Their work was impeccable. Their service was friendly and they were always ready with an explanation about what they were doing.
We are so happy that we had the work done and that Jimmy is our guy.
