The service was fine and they did what was asked which was replace the fill valve and install a toilet. But seriously, S800 for two hours of work? And that was one of the bottom ...

Fixed the problem before they got there 7/11/2016

My heater was not working and so I called the guys over at Gary's Plumbing and Heating to come help me out. They sent someone out, but while they were on their way I was able to get the pilot light lit and so when they showed up I did not need them anymore. They still charged me a fee because they sent someone out which I was obviously not too happy about, but that is how these things go. Someone had to make the trip out to my home so I understand the fee, I just wish I had figured out the pilot light before I called. more

Excellent service and nice people! 7/11/2016

I have always been most satisfied with Gary's Plumbing and Heating. The office staff is friendly, courteous, and go out of their to accommodate my needs, and the technicians are skilled, professional and very good about explaining things and giving options, with a special shout-out to Jimmy. I wouldn't consider calling any plumbing and heating company OTHER than Gary's! more

Technician was knowledgeable, accommodating and tidy! 7/11/2016

My job was not urgent but an appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. The technician could answer all of my questions and accommodated me when I asked for time to paint the closet before the installation of a new water heater! more

Great Service 7/11/2016

I've been working with Gary's Plumbing for the last few years. The service techs are competent and easy to communicate with. I like how they've modernized their billing using a tablet computer that the techs use on-site. They found the problem with our pipe being improperly sloped and I'm confident they will do the repair work to high standards so that they won't need to come back for clogging issues in the future. more

Needed my ice maker hooked up 7/8/2016

new house - previous owners didn't bother to hook up ice maker. called Gary's, and 2 days later, I have ice! the fact that there was a chimney in the way did not slow them down, they just worked around it, and made it work, double quick time. more

Professional, courteous, on time. 7/8/2016

The staff at Gary's plumbing are very professional, courteous, and most importantly on time. I have been a customer of Gary's plumbing for a number of years. I cannot recall any problems with their work. I have never had to call them to come back to repair something that they have done. They are very upfront about what the job will entail, how much time the job will take, and the costs involved in the scope of work. It is a real pleasure to work with Shane ( one of Gary's Best). more

Overpriced 7/8/2016

I was quoted a ridiculous price for having my gas line run to my new stove! I won't be calling them again. I saved $800 by shopping around. more

Since it was a toilet issue there really isn't a lot of time to shop around and I guess plumbers know that. I feel that I was overcharged for the job. more
