The service provided was excellent. I was absolutely amazed at the price charged to simply snake a drain. I had no choice because I needed it unplugged; perceived value of unplugging, great...value of money spent for effort spent...terrible. more

When I finished hand-washing dishes and drained the sink, water poured out of my kitchen cabinet and all over my wood floor. I called Gary's. They had a plumber there in a short time. He made a temporary fix until a new faucet could be delivered. We coordinated his return with another contractor's work at the house so I only had to take a few hours off from work. While he was there the second time, he crawled under my house and fixed a leaky hose-bib. The total price seemed fair, and the service outstanding! more

I tend to do most of my own work when it comes to plumbing, but any time I find something that I cannot do I give the guys over at Gary's Plumbing and Heating a call. These guys are great and they are actual experts. They do really high quality work at a really reasonable price. Like I said I do most of the work that I need done myself, so when there is something that even I can't tackle these guys are more than willing and able to handle it. If you are looking for a good plumber, these guys are it! more

The service from Gary's Plumbing and Heating was good, but their prices were a little high. I had a water heater that exploded in a rental unit, and I didn't have time to shop around. They had someone available who could get out there fast in an emergency situation. I thought that they provided good service and were very responsive when they replaced the water heater. They were good at answering questions, came out quickly, and communicated what the problem and solution was. This was the first time I used them and I would probably shop around before using them again based on the price. more

Gary's Plumbing and Heating put in a good garbage disposal unit. We could have gone with a cheaper one since the prices were a little high and he offered us two different prices, but we went with the more expensive unit. It runs good and is quiet. The one we had before always sounded like it would take the sink off the wall. I talked to someone about them after using this service, and she used it, too, and was okay with the job. more

Gary's Plumbing and Heating put in a new hot water heater for us. I'm sure that I could have done it cheaper if I had bought the parts and installed it myself, but I didn't want to mess with it. I felt what they charged was fair. The workers were nice and they did a nice job. more

Everybody from Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC. were very nice and very helpful. I thought they did a good job and tried to make me happy. When they were doing something, for example, if they needed to go in the bathroom, they would speak to me very politely and very nicely. As far as the price goes, I just called them and they told me a lower price than the last place I had called, they other place wanted way more money than they did so I guess the price was good. I red one negative review on their website that people but I still went with them and they were all very nice. I called them and they didn't have the furnace that I needed in stock so it took a while because they had to get it. Considering that they didn't have it there, it didn't take a long time. They were fast. I also got new hot water tank from them and it was good. They did a great service and I liked them too because they let me talk to them. I thought that was very nice and made me feel me feel more comfortable for having them inside my house. I would call them back again and I think I will because he is also a plumber and I thought that was cool, now I also have a plumber! more

I gave Gary's Plumbing and Heating a call when I noticed my sink was leaking and within an hour and half , they had a gentleman at my door ready to fix the leak. I appreciated how thorough he was with explaining to me what was happening, why it was happening, and what we needed to do. He was also willing to wait while I ran to a store to get a new faucet that he didn't have and I felt completely fine leaving him there because he was so nice and professional. I had never had to hire a plumber before so I don't really know what to compare them to but I felt for the work that was done and the quality of their service, their prices were very fair. I had a wonderful first experience with Gary's Plumbing and Heating and would absolutely use them again!! more

We actually have had three or four different jobs done by Gary's Plumbing and Heating, LLC. They cleaned out and repaired a sewer line under our backyard that ran into the boundary of the neighbor's yard. I was concerned there might be an issue of having to disturb a rock wall. They were able to get the job done without any problems at all. I was very pleased with that. They were very prompt. They were here exactly when they said they would be. They did the job for the price they said they would. I can't ask for more than that. more
