We most recently used Gary's Plumbing and Heating to get a new pump in our cellar. He had recommended installing a larger pump and a well to combat the water that always rose up in that area. His suggested renovation dramatically increased the volume that could be handled. Also, the old pump was much noisier; it woke us up constantly. The new equipment works better, runs more efficiently, and, most importantly, stays quiet. The guys who did the work broke their necks to get it all done in one day. I was very impressed by their timeliness. In this experience and all others of the past, Gary has come in either at or under our budget. It really is a great service. more

Gary's Plumbing and Heating did a lot of projects for us. The biggest one was replacing all of the toilets in the house, while the smallest was looking at our garbage disposal. No matter what it is, their workers go above and beyond with their service. They have always been prompt and incredibly professional. more

We actually went to them when we were dissatisfied with our original plumber. They were referred to us by someone else. We tried them and it was a world of difference. They are extremely helpful because they are so responsive, conscientious, and willing to work with us on figuring out challenging plumbing situations. They are always timely and professional and have been very reasonable when they have had to come back over various things that have gone on. They've been very reasonable in what they've charged us especially. They have not taken advantage of the fact that we have had numerous plumbing instances here. more

We are very happy with the job performed. We called at closing time to report our water heater was failing, leaking water from the bottom. We knew its time was up, had known for a couple of years that replacement was coming. In fact, Gary's Plumbing helped back then, reviewing the old water heater and did a fix they stated may gain us a year, it gained us two at least! Two technicians arrived by 8 AM the very next morning, Eric provided a detailed replacement water heater quote. The quote included code upgrades which we elected to include in the job.\r The job was handled timely, quietly and the site was left spotlessly clean. \r We are very happy with the job performed and recommend Gary's Plumbing highly. more
