Fischer Plumbing came out during a winter storm when I could not get anyone else to come. It was about 5 p.m. in the evening. They were great -- very professional. We really enjoyed having the guys from Fischer Plumbing work on our sewer lines. It was a messy job and very involved. We recently had Fischer Plumbing Contractors come out and re-pipe the old plumbing in our circa 1910 home in Seattle. We want to pass on to the appropriate people at Fischer Plumbing, how pleased we were with the work. We'd like to especially single out Ray Wagner for his professional, positive â??can-doâ? attitude, his attention to detail, his quick, efficient work, and his willingness to keep us informed throughout the process. He let us know when they were stepping out for lunch, when there were leaving for the day and when theyâ??d show up the next day. It really helped. We felt like he actually cared that we got the best job possible. Nate and the rest of the outside crew also did a quick and thoughtful job. They informed us that the city water meter was broken, which wasnâ??t really their worry, but it showed their caring attitude. Re-piping our home was a major job, noisy at times, but weâ??re very happy with the results and with the professional, courteous treatment we received from your staff. I called fischer to come and look at a leak. They were at my restaurant for 2 minutes and left me with a $149 bill. I DO NOT recommend them. They said nothing was wrong, when really there was a terrible leak. Save yourself the money and time and forget Fischer FOREVER! Pros: nothing Cons: accountant doesn't call back to follow up and will not work with you more

We had used Fischer Plumbing before, and had liked their work. In August, we had them come to snake the bathtub drain. The serviceman forced the snake and broke the drain pipe. All the water in the tub (1/2 full) emptied out onto our dinning room ceiling below. It was a huge mess. What surprised us was Fischer's lack of communication. They sent over a plumber, who fixed the problem in 3 hours. They sent out a drying crew, to dry out the drywall-over-plaster ceiling. Yet, no one apologized except the young drain guy. Not even a 'sorry this is such an inconvenience.' No supervisors ever called or came over. In fact, we felt that they were ducking our calls. We repeatedly asked for ballpark estimates for the drying bill, but never got anything. When we called to discuss who was liable, they kept saying our pipes were not to code and therefore we are responsible. Yet, they had snaked the same drain before without breaking the pipe just 18 months ago. Needless to say, we ar more

I am writing to say thank you for the fine service I received the other day from one of your plumbers. I'm sorry to say that I did not catch his name, but he was a very nice young man. He was able to come in, fix the clogged kitchen drain pipe, put the pipe back together that I had taken apart and leave the area tidy and all was done very quickly. He was able to come in, fix the clogged kitchen drain pipe, put the pipe back together that I had taken apart and leave the area tidy and all was done very quickly. Yesterday I took a day off my job to get estimates from various companies about furnace and chimney work, as I have a leak around my inside furnace pipe, and was told by my oil company technician that the chimney needed replacing. The first furnace person showed up and told me it was a sewer issue and recommended calling Fischer Plumbing. A very nice lady worked on getting someone immediately, as I explained I had taken the day off work. Dan came out within a half hour. He assessed the problem and called to have someone look in the clean out; Isaac arrived immediately after his call and told me the sewer was okay, it was ground water. Both of these young men were totally pleasant and professional, and took only the amount needed to assess the problem. Isaac recommended calling a waterproofing company to handle the waterproofing issues. Having been the recipient of quite a few â??no showsâ? and not-so-honest people.
