These guys are scam artists! Stay away, they charged me $150 for a 5 minute service call and didn't even fix the problem.

Very easy. 3/18/2010

I looked up plumbing companies on the internet and Fischer Plumbing was the quickest to respond back and give me a quote. They gave me a couple of options, I picked one and they did good work. Dennis was very efficient. I have very high expectations and they met them fine. Unlike some larger plumbing companies, Fischer Plumbing is not based on what they sell you, they are based on their job performance. more

I looked up plumbing companies on the internet and Fischer Plumbing was the quickest to respond back and give me a quote. They gave me a couple of options, I picked one and they did good work. Dennis was very efficient. I have very high expectations and they met them fine. Fischer Plumbing is fabulous. I actually called Fischer Plumbing and told them how impressed I was with, Steve, their technician. He did such a great job. Steve put in a water spigot for our refrigerator and replaced copper piping that had corroded. He did everything wonderfully. They are the best plumbing company we have ever used. Outstanding Service!! 3/2/2010

I had a clogged main line and I initially called another company who I will not name. They told me I would have to dig up my entire main sewer and Replace it because roots had collapsed pipe. I decided to get a second opinion. Fischer came out in a timely manner and they determined the blockage was roots. However, their skilled technician was able to use a cutting bit on his cable/snake and cleared root problem. All of this cost me $475 dollars. Fischer only charged $350 dollars and the other company got away with $125 dollars. I am happy that they are still trustworthy businesses out there especially when times are tough and money is tight. Excellent Service in time of need 2/22/2010

I have a lot going on right now (as most of us do), but it was important to me that I take the time and thank Fischer Plumber for being a such a wonderful company. Times have been tough over the last couple years, but Fischer Plumbing was always there when we needed them. Our house was on the market for nearly 8 months and they were very patient with us as we worked on making out payments to them. Life has been upside down and stressful, but each time I call, they answer right away, cheerful, ready to help, send out help right away and the work is done right the first time. This is cheesy, but they remind me of that one and only friend that you always can count on. You don't find that with most companies. The house is sold and life is slowing becoming 'normal', but I won't soon forget that thru it all you were the only company that made things less stressful. Thank you! more

Great Advice 1/30/2010

We have a mystery leak and I took all morning researching reviews after Googling for plumbers. Narrowed it down to 3, called all three. Third was Fischer and an actual person answered. She took my info and said someone would call me shortly. Less than 30 minutes later guy gives me a call, pleasant, got info about the situation and gave several things I could do to check it out. Talked for about ten minutes, no rush, seemed genuinely determined to help. Great job! I never take time to write surveys but I always complain about the lack of customer service these days, so just wanted to recognize. Thanks! more

Excellant Service and fair prices 12/9/2009

My rental house was flooded from a broken main water pipe last April. The first company I called was awful! Way over priced and charged me for things that were only partly done. In disgust I called Fisher. They were a delight to work with. Did all the repairs I needed and their prices were very resonable. I was pleased! more

Service was excellent, and done in a very timely manner 12/3/2009

Called dispatch. Within a few minutes of the call to dispatch, Jim called me, told me he was in the area, and would be right over. Less than 10 minutes later he was here, and had the problem diagnosed. Due to this being an old house, there were some logistical issues replacing the wax ring on the toilet. Jim was very forthcoming and thorough about what he was doing to fix the problem, and gave helpful advice on what I should think about doing for a more permanent fix. I will definitely use Fischer Plumbing in the future. Service was excellent, and done in a very timely manner. Pros: Great service more

Prompt, professional 11/23/2009

Nice people, but the fix was so simple, they should be just a little bit embarrassed to charge as much as they did. $150 to turn a valve. The plumber said, ""Yeah, that's the problem about 95% of the time."" Pros: Professional Cons: More expensive more

Service was good but it was late and expensive, I would not call them again\r \r Service time was 11AM-1PM, they called at 3PM and showed up at 3:30PM. Work was ~15 min.\r \r To finish the job required a 3/4"" brass elbow and a 3/4"" brass connecting pipe (~1"" long). Charged > $30 for ""materials"".
