We have a mystery leak and I took all morning researching reviews after Googling for plumbers. Narrowed it down to 3, called all three. Third was Fischer and an actual person answered. She took my info and said someone would call me shortly. Less than 30 minutes later guy gives me a call, pleasant, got info about the situation and gave several things I could do to check it out. Talked for about ten minutes, no rush, seemed genuinely determined to help. Great job! I never take time to write surveys but I always complain about the lack of customer service these days, so just wanted to recognize. Thanks!
