Fischer Plumbing

Fischer Plumbing has excellent service and communication, and they are great when it comes to timeliness. I was apprehensive at first when I heard what the plumbers were going to do to replace all the pipes. I thought they were going to tear up the ceilings and really inconvenience me during the work. But they didn't have to go through the ceiling, and they were very careful going into the walls. They communicated very well what they were going to do. I had to move some things out of the way for them in preparation, but I moved way too much, so they offered to help move it all back. I can't say anything better about Fischer Plumbing. The two guys that worked here for me are still working in our buildings, and I hope the rest of the program will go as well. They still have to send someone to redo the sheetrock, and I have to find a painter to do the walls. I hope they will do the same type of job for the rest of my neighbors too! Richard Kearney more

Fischer Plumbing not only cares, they can take care of the most difficult projects. I have had many plumbing emergencies over the years, including a minor one today. Here is why I only call Fischer to help us: 1) Our old home in Green Lake holds the record for the longest side sewer in Seattle and it was Fischer that the other plumbers (who couldn't help us) recommended to fix a clog we had. They simply had the right equipment and experience. It turned out, the damage to our sewerline was caused by The City of Seattle and if Fischer hadn't been on the job, I would have had to pay thousands to shut down 80th and Wallingford to replace the broken pipe. 2. Today, Fischer came out for a very small issue to remove a diaper my daughter flushed down the toilet. Not only did they fix it quickly, they were accommodating with the cost (even on the weekend) and they recommended a tool I could buy at Home Depot to be prepared when (and it will) this happens again. more

Thanks for the extremely competent service provided by Michael - in identifying and fixing my detached pipes that caused flooding, and then investigating and quickly finding additional faulty connections (which would have led to more flooding had he not found them). He was awesome - personable, timely, and really knew what he was doing. more

i was helping a friend who was working on his house he hired fischer to do a few thing that we were not able to do when the plumber showed up two hours late he then started work we watched the plumber working to learn how to do the work the plumber thought this was rude of us and rudly aksed not to watch him and so we did , becides being rude i found the bill to be way too high i was not happy with fisher plumbing and will never use them again more

Have used Fischer a number of times. Plumbers are always extremely professional and I feel good about having them in my home or leaving them there if I want to. The quality of work is impeccable. I have used them for both simple to complex jobs. I trust this company to do a good job for me every time and have frequently recommended them to friends. They also have been very satisfied. more

I posted a review the first time I used this company. This is a follow up: \r \r I own rental houses and need plumbers and other contractors more often than most folks; it's not always easy to find someone reliable. (I've had plumbing scenarios that are truly the stuff of nightmares and my psyche may have been irreversibly damaged by repeated exposure to the classic ""plumber's crack"".)\r \r I've used Fischer Plumbing four times now, each was a good experience and the charges were fair and realistic. \r \r The most recent job, yesterday, was to repair a leak in my own kitchen . David, the same guy who did our first job, arrived within a couple hours of my phone call. Last time I failed to get his name, but he really deserves some recognition. He again showed up promptly, was quick, neat, well-groomed, polite and very personable. David discovered the leak was from a broken faucet. The faucet could not be repaired but he had one on his truck (Costly, but worth it so I didn't have to wait for a replacement or go out and buy one) David completed the repair promptly, and cleaned up before he left. \r \r Ironically, later that day I discovered my husband had already purchased a very nice faucet. He'd planned to replace it himself but procrastinated for six months until a tiny drip became a major leak. Now I have a new faucet, a soggy cabinet, moldy sheetrock, a plumbing bill and a nice, shiny extra faucet in the garage - gee thanks, honey. \r \r I just wish I'd called Fischer Plumbing much sooner!\r Toni Powell more

I had a leaking hot water heater. When Fischer arrived the first thing they did was to advise me that the heater was probably still under warrantee and that I could likely avoid costly repairs by simply exercising the warrantee. This had not occurred to me since the heater was over 7 years old and the "Big Box" store where it was purchased from has a bad reputation for honoring their "warrantees." But the Fischer technician encouraged me to try and within 20 minutes the "Big Box" store had agreed to replace my hot water heater for free. Fischer obviously got nothing out of the deal, in fact it cost them at least an hour or more of their time plus truck and gas costs. But what they did get is a ton of respect from me and a guarantee that whenever I need a plumber they are the people I will call. more

This company is rated 10 stars out of 5! We never used them before and took a chance on having them fix our sewer line and do a restoration job for us. The staff was always on time, courteous, and easy to work with. Don and Brent who were my contact people, always answered my calls promptly and were available to answer any questions I had. The prices are very reasonable too, although we were more concerned about having them do a good job. I would highly recommend this company. more
