I recently had a great experience with Fischer Plumbing. I've used them before a few times, but that was years ago. The guy who came out this time around was just great. I live half the time here, and the other half in California. When I came up here the last time, I found that the plumbing under the sink was leaking. I called Fischer to have them replace all the plastic fixtures under the sink with steel parts. The plumber worked hard, and did the job very well, and quickly. Afterwards, I told my management company about my good experience with Fischer, only to discover that they were already recommending them regularly. I'm very glad I hired Fischer, because they got it just right. more

Michael from Fischer Plumbing showed up right on time. He was very helpful and professional. We told him what we were hoping to get fixed, and he said "no problem" and jumped right on it. We had a twenty-five year old toilet replaced in the master bathroom, and he fixed an outdoor faucet that was leaking. It was broken a few years ago, and our son's friend fixed it and put a valve in it. However, it would not completely shut off, and Michael from Fischer Plumbing came in and fixed it. This was our first time using Fischer Plumbing's Services. We heard about them through our daughter's friend's parents, and found out that our neighbor used Fischer Plumbing too, after the fact! Call them if you have a problem, they're awesome! more

I had a very tricky, confusing issue--probably multiple issues. Steve really took the time to figure it out and finally solved the preliminary problem of a frozen pipe. He was very thorough and I appreciated his tenacity and his communicating the various problems to me as he encountered them. more

I've written letters to Fischer Plumbing and Armando, complementing them. I have had Armando out twice, and he has done an excellent job both times. He's very professional, and very courteous. He knows what he's doing, and that's the reason I called back last time and asked for Armando. more

My experience with Fischer Plumbing has been great! They were very responsive and the work was even better than I had expected. They replaced all of the metal pipes and valves under the sink and fixed the leak I had too. Steve was my technician, and he worked really hard and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I already told them I'd ask for Steve next time I call! Larry Wolfard more

We had an unknown source of water pooling in our rental house. Either it was from the dishwasher or from the plumbing. It could have been sludge or a broken pipe, we couldn't be sure. We decided to call Fischer Plumbing, because they were near our rental. We called them that morning and within a few hours the first fellow came out. The issue was unfortunately deeper and so he called in a second fellow who arrived within the hour. The pipes were about fifty to sixty years old and it turned out they were cracked and needed to be repaired. With great diligence and horse power, they got the pipes mended and cleared out and all ready for when our renter got home from work that day. I will say, the only downside was when we got the bill. We paid the first bill and then a second bill arrived two days later. We didn't have a problem with the amount of the bill, we just would have preferred to know the entire amount all at one time, so we could have paid all at once with one check. We were very impressed with the technicians. They really did great hands-on work. All of their plumbers at Fishcher's must be talented and well-educated. Those were old pipes! They did a splendid job for us! We will happily recommend their services and they'll be the only ones we call when we need a plumber! J. Stafford more

Service (plumbing itself) and Communication (with plumber) was average (3-star) but overall (including billing and quoting and communication with managers) is very unsatisfactory (1-star). more
