Best

It's hard for me to get all jazzed up about dry cleaning. I usually put it off and put it off and then have nothing to wear and have to do the in by 9/out by 5 thing so I can wear...

Worst

Biggest rip-off in town. The worst prices for not the best work. They don't listen to requests and then they charge you the most outrageous prices ever! Go ANYWHERE ELSE!

Staff is Great! 6/24/2011

I have been a customer for many years and recently dropped off some pants to be hemmed up. Sarah was teriffic, as were the other staff members. This is a long standing neighborhood business establishment and I always received great service. more

Worst Cleaner in Los Angeles 6/5/2008

This place ruined a pair of pants and a shirt I had dry cleaned. They were pretty new (dry cleaned once before at another place) and they came back stretched, dirty looking and full of pill. They were both damaged to the point where I cannot wear them again. Perhaps I'll save the silk sweater as a cleaning rag. They tried ""fixing"" them after refusing to refund my money. When I returned, the clothes looked just as bad and the manager, after admitting that the clothes looked awful, was a rude and unwilling to refund my bill. This place is totally overpriced, the staff is rude, and they ruin clothes-- even a mildly apologetic attitude would have made me feel better, but the manager was unapologetic, snobby, classless and acted as though it were my fault for trusting them with my clothes. Go here if you feel like paying way too much to have your clothes ruined. Cons: awful customer service, ruins clothing more

DO NOT TAILOR HERE!!!! 2/13/2008

I live right around the corner and got a 20% coupon for the store so I opted for convenience and dropped off four pairs of nice womens work pants to be tailored. Nothing fancy, simple hemming and on two I just needed the waste taken in a tad. It was the WORST tailoring job I have ever seen (I have tailored hundreds of items and will recommend you a fabulous tailor in Beverly Hills if you need one). \r \r Quality - Basically he CROPPED my pants into FLOOD PANTS. They look horrible and not to mention very unprofessionally stitched. \r \r Price - When I came in the they proceeded to charge me full price, even though I gave my coupon to the tailor when I came in the store. When I asked they said that he didn't mark it down, so I could not get the discount. It was my first time there, how am I suppose to know that he did not mark something down or even needs to for this matter ?! I argued with her (how would I know exactly what the coupon looked like) and was insanely rude and so was her manager. Finally they relented, but it was a horrible experience. \r \r I'd also like to mention that the bad hemming job was about $40 a pair of pants.\r \r Bad quality, high price, poor customer service. I don't care how far I have to drive I will never go there again. Pros: Parking, Starbucks & Coffee Bean Across the Street, Shoe Repair Next Door Cons: Over Priced, Poor Quality Alerations, Poor Customer Service, Damaged Clothes more

Worst Tailor EVER 1/10/2008

I dropped 2 dresses off over a week ago, and was promised they would be done by 230 today, as I am going out of town and planned on picking them up on the way out. When I got to Fazio my dresses were NOT ready and I was told by the MANAGER that I was lying and ""he knew his tailors"" and that they didn't tell me that they would be done in time. My dresses were already cut into pieces on hangers, but not being worked on, and since they were already all cut up I couldn't take them to another tailor in hopes of them being able to piece them back together. The only resolution the manager could think of, other than telling me I was a liar, was to offer 50% off although the sign in front says ""done on time, done right, or done free."" Overall my experience with this business was very disappointing. Hopefully the manger Aldolfo will learn better customer service skills in the future. Cons: Overpriced, Insulting staff, unable to keep promised pick up times more

Highest Prices for the Worst Service 12/13/2006

If you're looking to spend a ridiculous amount of money to have your clothing mishandled, choose Fazio Cleaners! Even with a coupon, their prices are higher than other area cleaners. 1. When I went in to drop off my stuff, I saw a woman complaining about a tailoring job they had done. 2. When I went to pick up my stuff, they had pressed the pleats of my shirt the wrong direction (which should not have been pressed anyway--it should have been steamed) which 3. Rather than apologizing and taking care of it right away, they told me to come back tomorrow. Because really, picking up dry cleaning is a real pleasure that we all like to drag out. 4. When I came to pick up my shirt, they had ironed INTO the darts, causing the seams to tear. 5. When I asked them to repair it, they repaired it poorly and didn't offer an apology either. 6. While I was having my shirt repaired, another woman came into complain that her pants were not properly tailored (too long) and another woman was having a problem with her cashmere scarf returning from cleaning with HOLES and having CHANGED COLOUR. What a complete joke of a business. The worst service I have ever experienced. Recommend it to people you don't like! Pros: parking Cons: service, prices, short hours more
