I dropped 2 dresses off over a week ago, and was promised they would be done by 230 today, as I am going out of town and planned on picking them up on the way out. When I got to Fazio my dresses were NOT ready and I was told by the MANAGER that I was lying and ""he knew his tailors"" and that they didn't tell me that they would be done in time. My dresses were already cut into pieces on hangers, but not being worked on, and since they were already all cut up I couldn't take them to another tailor in hopes of them being able to piece them back together. The only resolution the manager could think of, other than telling me I was a liar, was to offer 50% off although the sign in front says ""done on time, done right, or done free."" Overall my experience with this business was very disappointing. Hopefully the manger Aldolfo will learn better customer service skills in the future.
