This place ruined a pair of pants and a shirt I had dry cleaned. They were pretty new (dry cleaned once before at another place) and they came back stretched, dirty looking and full of pill. They were both damaged to the point where I cannot wear them again. Perhaps I'll save the silk sweater as a cleaning rag. They tried ""fixing"" them after refusing to refund my money. When I returned, the clothes looked just as bad and the manager, after admitting that the clothes looked awful, was a rude and unwilling to refund my bill. This place is totally overpriced, the staff is rude, and they ruin clothes-- even a mildly apologetic attitude would have made me feel better, but the manager was unapologetic, snobby, classless and acted as though it were my fault for trusting them with my clothes. Go here if you feel like paying way too much to have your clothes ruined.
Cons: awful customer service, ruins clothing
