Fazio Cleaners

It's hard for me to get all jazzed up about dry cleaning. I usually put it off and put it off and then have nothing to wear and have to do the in by 9/out by 5 thing so I can wear clothes to work the next day. I happened upon Fazio cleaners not long after moving to the area and just needed a great dry cleaner for every day dress shirts and pants. I don't want to pick up my dry cleaning and think ""wow, this cost more than some of my stuff!"". The people who work there are super cool and friendly, will carry your stuff out to the car, the clothes come back nice and sparkly again, and they are super affordable. I just had about a dozen of ol' wrinkled n' stinky's shirts cleaned, a pair of jeans, 4 pairs of pants and a sweater for $55 bucks. I've never had a problem with anything coming back suspect. more

Dry cleaners have a very bad environmental rap. The chemicals used on site are bad enough, but then you bring the plastic coated clothes home to off-gas in your closet. As if there weren't enough things in your house that cause cancer and disrupt hormones, your dry cleaning could be the worst. The past couple of years I have been trying to de-chemical our home and eventually my attention turned to dry cleaning. We try not to buy clothing that requires dry cleaning, but we couldn't get away from occasionally needing to wash some dress slacks and suits. Every so often, we needed to run by a dry cleaners. I searched my area for a decently close dry cleaners that used more environmentally friendly, and less chemically based methods. Fazio's Cleaners popped up. Their prices were comparable so I gave them a whirl. They do all of the cleaning on site and have signs that explain their methodology. The guy that took the clothes explained their philosophy and asked why I picked them. He seemed pretty excited that I showed up based on their environmental strivings. Now the drop off and pick ups happen quickly - brief friendly conversation and grab the clothes and go. I'm glad to call Fazio Cleaners my alternative to the conventional dry cleaner. more

I have to agree with what many others have already said, that it feels really nice walking in to pick up your clothes and they already have them hanging there if they see you coming in. It's a fast turn-around, as are most places but consistent as well. I also love/hate the tag they put on a dress shirt saying ""Sorry, we tried but weren't able to remove this stain"" - and I think, WAIT!? How did that happen!!? Then I remember the drunken taco cabana from the Saturday night prior. But at least they remind me! Really nice people though and you will recognize their faces too because the same people have been working there for a long time now. more

5 stars since I've been searching for a good neighborhood cleaners and they surpassed what I've found.They know what they're doing. They removed stains others couldn't, they inspected each item and fixed things I haven't thought of yet (ex. loose buttons), and they ensure all items are tagged. You won't fear any damaged or lost garments. They truly do care about the clothes and it shows. They also have a good memory for customers' names. Prices are the same if not more reasonable, considering the quality of service, than other cleaners. Come here once and you'll know what I mean. more

I’ve been using Fazio's for a couple of months now and overall have been pleased with their services. Their prices are fair and they always are good about getting wash and fold or dry cleaning back to you quickly. The service is always friendly and I like that they have specials. I’ve had one time were I’ve gotten back socks that weren’t mine... Overall though I’ve been very pleased with the service and have recommended it to others. more

I sold my old washer and dryer because they would not fit in my new place. I came across Fazio's by accident, and I love it! The service is great. Drop off and pick up 24 hours later. All my laundry was neatly folded and smelled wonderful. I was a little hesitant to go in at first, but the ladies inside helped me right away and put me at ease. more

I stopped by Fazios to drop off a dinner jacket to have cleaned. I was greeted very nicely and the friendliness of the staff made me very welcome. My order was ready when promised and I feel I received a good value for my money. The promptness of the transaction and overall quality of service will make me recommend Fazio's to all my friends. I travel a lot for work and took my clothing to Fazio's kind of last minute.... The guy behind the counter told me that they could have them ready by the following day.... From past experiences I was sceptical, but surely enough they had everything ready withing 24 hours... Great job! more

I do not normally write reviews, however I felt that this was a case worth mentioning to others. I was in town and feel that my experience with Fazio's has been the best. They were are able to get out the worst stains from a good night out and my clothes were ready when they had promised. I recently had an important holiday party and had a change of cocktail dress at the last minute. I brought the dress in to the store and the seamstress on site was able to do some alterations right there for me so the dress fit perfectly for my event. I was so impressed with Fazio's effort to accomodate me. I highly recommend them for everyday dry cleaning as well as for their exceptional alterations. more

I just started using this dry cleaning and laundry service over the last couple months, and I've never been happier with the sort of service that Fazio gives. I've gone through a lot more expensive places, and they're always running and losing my clothes. This store's wash and fold is really convenient, and they've done a really good job on the dry cleaning. Forget the fancy Groupon deals trying to get you to go the different upscale places, and just go to a place like this where they are going to be nice, and do a good job on your clothes. more

Absolutely cannot say enough about this place. Also, every time I go in there the guy seems to give a discount, like 10% off or cleaning 2 shirts for free... for no reason! And even better, they actually found $25 I had forgotten in my shirt pocket and gave it back to me... so nice. Finally the place is really clean. 5 stars. Go. more

This dry cleaner has done a very good job for me over the years. They never lose your clothes and sew on new buttons without being asked. more

Used them last week and had a great experience! I dropped off 4 items around 1pm on Friday and they had them ready by 11am on Saturday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they even called me when my items were ready to be picked up. Will be going back and recommend others definetly check it out! more

I needed several trousers and a couple of shirts altered last minute. The girl at the counter ( don't remember her name ) was extremely friendly and was patient even though it was close to closing hours. I had a positive experience overall and when I came in a couple of days later, all alterations were done to my satisfaction and in a very timely manner. Kudos! more

The staff at this location is fantastic. Everytime I come in the seem to remember my name and treat me with curtesy.
